The Genesis MLB is a versatile Light Duty PVC Movement Joint, designed with a highly durable blend of PVC/Rubber infill to protect floor covering edges from pedestrian and light mechanical traffic, such as shopping trolleys. For added flexibility, one of the flanges, intended to sit under the floor covering, can be easily removed on-site by snapping along the V-shaped groove in the extrusion. This feature makes the profile ideal as a perimeter joint, providing a 10 mm cushion between the floor covering and the wall. Exceeding the British Standard BS 5385, which recommends that joints absorb 20% of their width for movement accommodation, the Genesis MLB offers superior performance. Additionally, these profiles are well-suited for exterior applications, such as facades or balconies, ensuring reliable protection and durability in any environment. This 10mm version in dark gray is a fashionable product for high traffic areas.
