Night Shift Loader
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Role: Night Shift Loader - Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £29,000 PA
N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory permanently due to exciting company growth.N+C Glass a highly reputable Glass window manufacturer and have been operating for nearly 150 years.
We have vacancies on our Evening shift, the hours are 3.30pm-Midnight, 40 hour working week
As an evening shift loader, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
· Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
· Manual handling of glass
· The quality and cleanliness of glass.
· Pre loading sealed units ready for dispatch.
· Loading units on to stillages and loading vehicles.
· Cleanliness of the finished product.
To be considered for the role you must:

We are seeking an experienced Heavyside Sales and Products Leader to drive the sales and growth of our heavyside product range. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing product portfolios, and building strong relationships with suppliers, This is a leadership role requiring in-depth industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, customer relations, and team management within the builders' merchant sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales strategy for heavyside products (e.g., bricks, blocks, aggregates, timber, drainage, roofing).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee product pricing, inventory, and supply chain logistics in collaboration with procurement teams.

We seek a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance, swift repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. The company manufactures tiling adhesives, floor screeds, and associated products so a background in this industry would be advantageous but not essential. The company specializes in mixing powder products and filling them into sacks and uses an FFS machine to fill others, they also produce pastes, liquids, and ancillary products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and improve planned maintenance on all equipment.
- Perform and improve reactive maintenance on all equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Part of the health and safety committee.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.

Being field based, you will not be situated in an office, although you will have a main distribution centre that will support you and help you grow your sales.
This Sales Representative role involves managing our customers in Northwest & Southwest London selling them our extensive range of high-quality light side building products. Part of the role is also to find and bring on new customers which will attract additional bonuses.
Please note that this field-based sales role is in Enfield/ North London/ Northwest London & parts of Southwest London and West London postcodes.
Role responsibilities for the Sales Representative
· Manage your allocated region managing and growing sales with our existing customer base as well as bringing on new customers
· Visiting clients at office and site level
