11mm support plate/ shim. The key to the Nicobond Terra Level system is the 1mm shim, used to eliminate tiles from ‘rocking’. By simply lifting the 2cm tile with a slab lifter and inserting a 1mm shim, rocking can be swiftly remedied with out the need to adjust any of the tile supports. The shims can also be snapped into 4 pieces for use on individual corners.
